BEnw completed this tenant improvement project for Beneficial Bank in the Pearl District in Downtown Portland. The project included a completion date that was only one month from the start of construction. BEnw was able to work closely with their subs, prioritize and make the schedule. The project included demo, building out additional offices, installing new custom maple doors, installing a modern-fold door, installing high-end finishes including 3Form panels at teller row, and much more.
