An iconic Portland building that’s over 140 years old, BEnw performed TI buildouts on each floor of the 4-story building. Work included using reclaimed bricks to match the existing wall, modernizing office space, renovating the lobby and common areas and installing a metal stairway that had rough sawn stair treads.
